    ????ATLAAPAM: Heat oil in pan and add batter made from rice flour, semolina, cardamom, coconut, eggs gram flour and sugar. Then, top it with an egg, coconut pieces, cashews and raisins. Bake in a claypot over wood fire.

    ???????? PRAWN MASALA: Fry onions in a pan until golden brown. Add the red chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes and salt. Then, add the prawns and allow it to cook. Finally, add the coriander leaves and green chillies.
    BRAIN FRY: Fry onions thoroughly in a pan. Add salt and the brain. After it is cooked, season to taste with green chilis and other peppers.
    ???? MUTTON BALLS: Make a mixture with minced mutton, small onions, grated coconut, cumin seeds, roasted garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Deep fry until golden brown.
